How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders before 9:30pm Monday to Friday are processed and despatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders on Saturday & Sunday will be processed and despatched on the Monday. Our courier service will aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 business days of the order being despatched (dependant on bank holidays).
Due to COVID-19 there have been some instances where non urgent mail has been subject to delays. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this but all information should be made available via the tracking email that is sent to you via our courier service.
Is it safe to pay with debit/credit cards on your website?
Absolutely! We use Shopify as our store host, these guys host some of the largest eCommerce stores out there. Every transaction they process is SSL encrypted to ensure that your payment information is secure. We do not have access to your payments information and we do not store your payment information.
I can't find my order confirmation email?
Confirmation emails may end up in your junk mail box, so always check there as well!
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, tracking is available on all orders. You will receive an email from our courier service with information on tracking after the order has been processed and despatched.
Can I return my order?
We can only accept return orders on items that have not been used.

Please note that on returns the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. We require proof of postage for all return orders ensure that we receive the items safe and sound. This will then allow us to process refunds and/or replacements orders.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Discount codes cannot be stacked. If you have more than one discount code then you will be able to use these on separate orders
