We use a trusted courier service to handle our logistics. This enables us to provide tracking on all orders. Once your order has been confirmed, we will process the order ready for collection via our courier service. Once processed, you will receive email notifications from us and our courier service which will allow you to track your order on every step of it's journey.
When placing your order please ensure that you specify the correct delivery address as Cabretta Gloves takes no responsibility for orders that have been sent to the incorrect address.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you ensure your address is correct and get items delivered to a secure address.
Returns & Exchanges
If you require a return or an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will be happy to help.
Please note that there are no returns on the Practice Glove collection.
Please note, the customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning orders for both refunds and exchanges. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges until we have received the return items in full and suggest using tracked shipping to ensure a safe return.
All returns and exchanges will only qualify for a refund or exchange if they are unworn (apart from trying on) and are undamaged, still within their cellophane wrapping.
